30020 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using any services on the 30020 platform. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or registering an account on the 30020 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional guidelines published by 30020 from time to time.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the 30020 platform immediately. Continued use following any changes to these terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
This platform is only available to individuals aged 18 years of age and above. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited, and any account found to be in breach of this age requirement will be terminated without prior notice.
2. Account Creation & Security
Registration & User Information
To use 30020 services in full, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, truthful, and complete information. Each user is only permitted to hold one account only. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is a breach of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details, including your username and password. 30020 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login information. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our support team immediately.
You must notify 30020 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. 30020 reserves the right to take appropriate action, including temporarily suspending the account, to protect the interests of the user.
3. User Responsibilities & Usage Rules
As a user of the 30020 platform, you agree to use this service solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. You are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:
- Using software, scripts, or automated methods to access or exploit any part of the platform.
- Attempting to cheat the gaming system, manipulate outcomes, or act dishonestly toward other users.
- Submitting any content that is offensive, threatening, obscene, or in violation of Malaysian law.
- Using another person's account or sharing your login credentials with any third party.
- Taking any action that could damage the technical infrastructure, security, or reputation of the 30020 platform.
- Using this platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
Violating any of the above rules may result in permanent account suspension or closure, and 30020 reserves the right to pursue legal action where necessary.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the 30020 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The platform accepts deposits via various local payment methods, including TNG eWallet, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other Malaysian online banking options. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are set according to the chosen payment method and are subject to change from time to time.
Withdrawal Process
Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the policies and processing times set for each payment method. 30020 reserves the right to request identity verification before approving any withdrawal request. All withdrawals will be credited to the same payment method used for the original deposit, unless otherwise specified.
30020 is not liable for any payment delays caused by third parties, including banks or digital wallet providers. Any transaction disputes must be reported within 30 days of the transaction date.
5. Liability Limits & Account Policy
30020 Responsible Limits
The 30020 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running without interruption, 30020 does not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or suited to your specific needs. 30020 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, this platform.
Account Suspension & Closure
30020 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has breached these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or misused the platform. Where an account is closed due to a breach, 30020 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending the outcome of an investigation.
Users may also close their account at any time by contacting the 30020 support team via email. Account closure will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any valid balance will be returned in accordance with established procedures.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Amendments
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, software, text, and other materials on the 30020 platform are the property of 30020 or its licensed rights holders and are protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent from 30020.
